Conflict Prevention and Management

What is it?

Conflict is a natural part of human interactions and can emerge due to differences in opinions, values, needs or goals.


Conflict Prevention and Management is the practice of identifying, addressing and resolving conflicts or disputes between individuals, groups or organisations by employing strategies and techniques for reducing and managing conflict in a constructive and positive manner and preventing any future reoccurrence.

Our one day Conflict Prevention and Management course teaches effective skills for managing conflict to assist you and your team in reducing the negative impacts of conflict and transform conflict in to opportunities for growth, learning and improved relationships both within the team and with those that you provide services to as part of your role.
