Level 3 Advanced Conflict Leadership

For leaders who shape how their teams meet conflict.

The Level 3 Advanced Conflict Leadership and Complex Dynamics course builds on Level 2 for team leaders, managers and safeguarding leads. It covers complex mental health dynamics and debriefing, so you can lead with foresight, respond with care and make decisions you can defend.

Our Level 3 course builds on the Prevent, Support, Protect approach: lead with foresight, respond in a trauma-informed way, and make defensible, proportionate decisions. It runs as a one day deep-dive, or as a two day masterclass with Level 2 included. By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Lead a team through conflict and in-the-moment decisions
• Respond to complex mental health dynamics in a trauma-informed way
• Apply dynamic risk assessment and justify proportionate action
• Run hot and cold debriefs after an incident
• Build psychological safety and reduce repeat incidents
• Connect individual practice to your organisation's duty of care

All those who successfully complete the course will be certified in Personal Safety Partnership's Level 3 Advanced Conflict Leadership and Complex Dynamics.
